That’s a very good form of anti – stressing, I often do the same. And although I don’t consider myself much of an artist, I also like to draw / sketch or paint as another form of anti – stressing, sometimes you can really see it come through in the drawings. I recommend anyone to do the same, even if they don’t consider their self much of an artist, like myself.
