Safe the earth, ride a bicycle.
The one thing that I could never understand (apart from add maths)is how on earth do you cycle in sky creeping high heels and still look all amazing? I SERIOUSLY DON'T KNOW HOW!!

When talking about cycling, high heels and fashion show, only one name pops up in my mind- Catherine Baba (2nd, 3rd, 4th pic).NO ONE can come close to her when it comes to cycling with style. She's the one who is responsible for making cycling so chic. And others who follows her either look equally chic or just plain copy cat. And honestly, Olivia Palermo(1st pic) just looks like a copy cat(no offense to her fans) But come on, her riding on a bicycle...for real?!! I bet you she just wanna look cool like Baba. Shame on you Olivia.

You and me, we'll never know.
I love minimalism! I'm a true believer when it comes to "less is more". And I personally think that Celine executed the minimal look beautifully. But I've noticed that lately other designers are channeling it too and honestly Chloe Spring 2011 collection reminds me of Celine Spring 2010 collection.

Below are pictures of Chloe S11 and Celine S10. If all of the pieces were to be put on one rack, I might actually believe that it came from the same designer. You agree?

Sunny yellow day.
Just when I thought that I would not see anything crazy anymore and all ready for fall/winter collection, Stella McCartney pulled out an outfit that looks like Donald Duck(1st pic). The only thing missing was a duck's beak, if not it would be a great costume for this coming Halloween. We should all go Disney Mania like that.

Then came the most talked about print among the Editors after the show. A collection of outfits that remind me of my grandma's 60's table cloth. I guess MAYBE the blouse and pants(2nd pic) are good to go for a sunny day picnic time, sipping lemonade and pretending like everyone loves your outfit....MAYBE...

Give the monkeys some bananas.
Oh well, everyone seems to have different views about Prada Spring 2011 collection. Its either you get it or you don't. Its a bit too overwhelming for me to see bold prints of bananas mix with flowers and monkeys together with handbags that somehow kinda remind me of Sesame Street's cookie monster stuck inside- trying to breathe. No offence Miuccia but I'm just being honest.

Ok lets start with what I loathe the most- its the fitting for some of the tops (especially the 3rd pic below), totally doesn't compliment the body and the odd weird print is just adding to the whole horror. But I do adore the combination of the monkey top with the pink stripes skirt (2nd pic)- out of all, those 2 piece make sense to me (although it does remind me of that high bloated cat in Alice in the Wonderland). And who better to make it practical and wearable in the real world, other than Shala Monroque (1st pic). She wore it with the banana skirt which kinda add a bit of humor to the whole outfit(monkeys...bananas...got it?! LOL). Told ya that monkey top make sense out of all.

P/S: Thank God, there was no manggis, durian, rambutan & duku langsat on Miuccia's inspiration board...coz if not, it would be more bizarre! I can only imagine..LOL!
